If you are contacting us with a complaint relating to a site hosted by us:

Your complaint must provide genuine and accurate contact details so that we can correspond with you properly. Anonymous complaints will be ignored. Please provide us as much information as possible about your complaint and make sure you specify the site and URLS you are complaining about.

We can only intervene where there are breaches of our terms and conditions and/or AUP, or where there is a possible breach of legislation. We will not entertain threatening or abusive emails. If you have a specific problem with a customer of ours, you must provide us with details and proof of wrongdoing. If you repeatedly spam our abuse team or unrelated departments with anonymous or malicious emails, your ISP and/or host will be notified and we will not enter into correspondence with you. If a site is not hosted by us, then of course we cannot intervene.

If your complaint is copyright related, you must supply supporting information. This should be a digitally signed or signed, faxed, notice, as specified by the DMCA, detailing full details of the alleged violation, who is the owner of the material in question, and who is making the complaint. You should always, in the first instance, contact the actual site operator. If you get no response or you feel the site operator is not cooperating with your request we can intervene if you have provided enough information for us to reasonably believe the client is using material without agreement or license and that you have demonstrated your ownership (or authority to act on behalf of actual owner) of the material in question. Our involvement will be limited to enforcing removal of specified material.

For any complaints relating to clients, please email our abuse department and they will act accordingly.
