The table below shows the free inclusive bandwidth allowances for each account type, and the rates charged for additional bandwidth usage. For administration purposes we normally calculate bandwidth on a calendar monthly basis, i.e. on the 1st of each month for the entire previous month. This means that you may receive two charges, one for site rental, and one for bandwidth. This system allows us to monitor bandwidth usage and warn you if you are going over your free allowance. WE DO NOT monitor your activity on a daily basis. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not go over your allowance, and/or can meet payment if you do. We reserve the right to suspend an account due to excessive bandwidth usage if we believe you cannot pay for it. Customers can prepay for bandwidth based on their monthly average consumption. BANDWIDTH CHARGES (as of November 2001)
* Denotes no new accounts available of this type * Bandwidth for several accounts is billed in blocks, i.e. up to 10GB, up to 20GB. Where accounts are billed in blocks, if you exceed your allowance and our tolerance threshold, you are automatically billed for the next block of bandwidth. Return to menu
